At M4 Construction, we pride ourselves on being a relationship-based company that offers quality workmanship, honesty and reliability as well as on-time completion of projects. We offer a full suite of services such as design and build, new construction and renovations as well as building maintenance.

As a General Contractor serving businesses in the Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener and Southern Ontario regions since 2004. We provide a single point of contact to our clients regardless of the size of the contract. This enables our customers to have confidence in our services and eliminates any unnecessary confusion. Most importantly, we take ownership of the management and co-ordination of all projects.

Our customer base consists of businesses that we maintain long-lasting relationships with. We also provide services to government entities such as the Ontario Provincial Police, Ontario Provincial Court Houses, Service Canada and University of Guelph. In order to maintain customers like these we are fully insured and all employees and sub trades must go through several clearance and criminal record checks.
